1 ON 1 TRAINING

Righteous Athletes follow a personalized, sport specific, strength and mobility program. The first session for each athlete will be an assessment, consisting of:

​

​

  • Examining injury history

  • Testing flexibility and mobility

  • Testing core strength

  • Examining stride frequency, length and velocity 

 

 

In addition to strength and mobility, each program will also consist of learning proper speed development mechanics. We break you down, rebuild you, and make you faster!

ONLINE PROGRAM

If you do not like sunshine and don’t live in Los Angeles, don’t fret, you can still BE a Righteous Athlete. The Righteous Fitness Strength and Mobility program Vol.1  is available for purchase and download. 5 days a week, for a month we will walk you through a program that athletes of all ages and all skill levels can use. The goal of the program is to provide all athletes the foundation they need in order to meet and master the demands for ALL SPORTS, combat sports included. “ A true Righteous Athlete must know how to defend themselves.” (Lyntrel S. 18’) The program is comprised of:

  • Speed Mechanics

  • Mobility Exercises

  • Strength exercises (all body weight)

  • Dynamic stretches

  • Post workout stretches

  • Recovery Tips

 

 

Nutrition Consultation:

 

A Righteous Athlete is a healthy athlete. “My job is to keep my athletes healthy,”said Lyntrel, especially on a cellular level. Proper nutrition will fight inflammation, heal injuries, and keep you on the field, court, or track.  To assist in proper nutrition, Righteous Athletes take Juice Plus, 30 different fruits and vegetables available in both pill form and vegan gummies.
